Subgrade prep, compaction, proper base thickness, edge restraint, and stabilized joints create long‑term stability.

Should I seal stone or pavers?

Sealers enhance color and resist stains but change sheen and maintenance. We’ll recommend the right product—or none—based on material and look.

How is drainage managed near the house?

We set subtle slopes, add channel or area drains where needed, and route water away from structures and living areas.

Will weeds grow through my paver joints?

Stabilized sand and proper base prep greatly reduce weeds and ants. Simple seasonal care keeps joints clean.

Do retaining walls need engineering?

Height, soil type, and surcharge (like slopes or driveways) determine this. We provide engineered solutions when required.

Can you design low‑maintenance plantings?
