How big can my ADU be?
In Placer County, a detached ADU can generally be built up to 1,200 sq ft, and most parcels allow up to three dwellings total. We confirm exactly what your property allows during your free site assessment.
Do you handle permits and engineering?
Yes — all site planning, structural engineering, permits, and inspections are handled by our licensed team for a fully turnkey build. You never chase paperwork.
Can I add a kitchen, bathroom, or bar?
